Principal Change Advisor Jobs

Demonstrated business consulting and project management experience, leading and owning work stream efforts within large-scale and small-scale change efforts

Organizational Change Management certification or designation considered an asset

Collaborates with Communication and Learning teams to support the design, development, delivery and management of integrated change activities

Experience and knowledge of organizational change principles, methodologies, and tools

Initiates, manages, and leads structured change enablement activities

Supports learning efforts by guiding the documentation of processes and requirements

Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and close out work effectively.

Providing support to Finance operations as they manage the processes that deliver services to our customers;

Provide guidance and oversight on the configuration of our systems including cost models and master data management;

Responsible for change management support of multiple work streams of the strategic imperatives within the EAM program.

Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation and anticipated resistance management tactics.

Identifies and escalates issues, risks, and areas of concern to Team Lead, EAM Change Management in a timely manner.

Provides change management support as required by EAM team members

Accountable for change management details and information impacting all EAM, BU AM and Enterprise objectives.
