Warehouse management – ensure warehouse is kept clean; order supplies and supervise the preventative maintenance of equipment

2 years minimum of warehouse supervisory experience

As a Warehouse Manager you will also be responsible for:

Safety – conduct inspections; ensure employees are trained and adhere to safety guidelines; serve as safety coordinator for branch

Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate discounts

Make regular sales calls to on-premise customers to cultivate customer relations and satisfaction with the service provided

Analyze, plan, establish and maintain an efficient and productive daily call pattern in assigned territory.

Achieve assigned monthly quotas and placement objectives

Analyze the total territory and each account to determine the priority selling and promotional opportunities

Implement and maintain up-to-date, accurate records of sales, competitive activity, and payment performances of all accounts in assigned territory

Minimum 8 years of experience, combination of people management and Merchandising experience

Enroll and align on class strategies with Design, Product Development and Sourcing (carryover, seasonal newness, franchise management and slot investments

Build strategic vision for franchises and product lifecycle management

BA, BSc, BBA, BComm, (or equivalent), specialization in Retail Management an asset

The Manager supports employee development plans and manages performance

Understanding and experience in working for a Global Brand is required

Strong people management skills and the ability to motivate and coach others

Strong problem solving skills including the experience formulating and executing action plans

Strong personal computing skills, as well as knowledge of Healthwatch and/or KROLL Pharmacy systems a definite asset

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail environment

Strong verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills

Excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of professionalism

Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in consulting, project management, program management, or a similar field

Experience managing cross-functional programs with dotted line management responsibility.

Experience in Project Management and Consumer Supply Chain Operations preferred

High-level management and leadership skills

Manage the tracking of program budget, change requests, and intake management

Established history of managing multiple projects simultaneously with progression into program management.

Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in consulting, project management, program management, or a similar field

Experience managing cross-functional programs with dotted line management responsibility.

Experience in Project Management and Consumer Supply Chain Operations preferred

High-level management and leadership skills

Manage the tracking of program budget, change requests, and intake management

Established history of managing multiple projects simultaneously with progression into program management.

Post-Secondary Education in Materials Management / Purchasing / Inventory

Minimum 10+ years relevant materials planning experience (with 3-5 years experience at the management level)

Manage and improve processes - from a logistical/supply chain and inventory standpoint

Excellent communications skills – both written and verbal

Responsible for managing purchasing, planning and inventory control teams

Effectively oversee supplier performance – both domestically and internationally
