Demonstrated Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.

Post-secondary level education, preferably a two-year community college diploma in Office Administration.

Minimum of three years of related office or administrative experience.

Thorough knowledge of office routines and protocol.

Knowledge of supply chain management.

Experience in program management, and human resource management in a unionized environment in considered an asset.

Demonstrated Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.

Previous experience acting as a spokesperson with the media considered an asset.

At least 3 years working as either a kitchen manager/lead cook or chef (diploma or chef school not required)

A decent knowledge of seasonal & plant-based cooking-preferably from a professional setting

Experience working with a large variety of unique produce

Confidence & experience driving in rural winters & various road conditions

At least 3 years driving experience & a fairly clean driving record

$55,000 - Plus benefits & paid time off

Prepares product samples for shipment to testing facility and to fractionator and ensures documentation requirements and products meet specifications

Post-secondary level education in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution preferably in science/health related field of study

Prepare a variety of salads, sandwiches and cold dishes

Provide customers with information on our unique items, sales items and up-selling
