Overview The Plant General Manager is responsible for the overall operations of a manufacturing plant. This includes overseeing the production process, managing personnel, and ensuring the plant meets safety and quality standards. The Plant General Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and profitability. Detailed Job Description The Plant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the plant’s operations. This includes managing personnel, overseeing the production process, and ensuring the plant meets safety and quality standards. The Plant General Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and profitability. The Plant General Manager is also responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Additionally, the Plant General Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers. Job Qualifications
