Planning Advisor Jobs

(1) Ensure proper reporting of revenue and expenses;

(2) Ensure funding has been properly expended; and

-At the end of each fiscal year, actual expenditures and services must be reconciled to funding provided.

-Where required, audited financial statements must be submitted with the year-end settlement report to the Ministry.

-The year-end settlement permits the Ministry and LHIN to finalize the HSP’s subsidy entitlement.

Support maintenance management team in the planning and paperwork management of aircraft maintenance

Work with the Production Manager to report any maintenance schedule conflicts

Any previous experience in aviation administrative work

Effective oral and written communication skills

Experience in an aircraft maintenance planning function will be considered an asset

Knowledge of CAMP, TRAXALL and/or CORRIDOR (EMSS) will be considered a differential

Work with Information Management to collect, analyze and present critical information internally and externally as required by operational needs.

Conduct concise and timely briefings with the PDCT on current operations and developments.

Coordinate operational planning with the PDCT Lead, function leads and relevant staff, including planning meetings as part of the operational cycle.

Work with PDCT functions to ensure that they are properly prepared to fulfill their respective support roles within operations.

During a response, monitor situations outside the current response that could disrupt the response itself or simultaneous operations.

Fluency in French and English is required.

Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management or Business Administration

Manage and administrate the employees' training & development activities including developing their Individual Development Plans and track the implementation.

Excellent communication skills; verbal and written

PHR, GPHR, or CIPD level 5 certification.

Supports the implementation of the internal HR strategy that is aligned to the organization's goals and objectives.

Solid knowledge and understanding of management accounting, finance and Excel is required.

For assigned Risk Professionals, a bachelor's degree in risk management or a related discipline is required.

Minimum of 15 years' relevant experience is required.

Possession of an advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) and/or relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA) is preferred.

Perform other related staff and analytical duties, as assigned - 10%

Willing to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
