Strong organization and time management skills

Master degree in Community Planning or a related discipline plus 2-5 years of relevant experience

Excellent research, problem solving and communication skills

Ability and willingness to travel to remote communities as needed

Experience working with Indigenous communities or related agencies

Certification or eligibility for certification with the Planning Institute of British Columbia/CIP

Collaborate with staff and family/care giver members in order to maximize the client’s capabilities.

Demonstrated skill and expertise in working with a geriatric population and it’s associated psychosocial and residential care issues.

Comprehensive knowledge of physiotherapy standardized tests and measures.

Comprehensive knowledge of physiotherapy theory and practice within a client and family/care giver centred model of care.

Comprehensive knowledge of hospitals’ and residential facilities’ policies, procedures, standards of care and hospital discharge processes, including Alternative Level of Care.

Basic knowledge of evidence-based clinical practice related to designated program/area.

Coordination and Management: Tasks may include:

Experience in report development & presentation skills

Manage and monitor time spent on projects in an online system

Bachelor’s Degree required. Preferred analytical background in science, architecture, or engineering; will consider non-technical backgrounds with relevant skills.

1-3 years of work experience in consulting, analysis or similar field

Experienced in using MS Excel to manipulate and analyze data sets

Minimum post-secondary educational requirement - completion of a post-secondary Technology Diploma in an appropriate discipline.

Defining customer requirements and project scope, creating and maintaining customer data,

Ensuring all service product requirements are collected,

Explaining FortisBC processes, procedures and requirements to customers,

Conveying related permit requirements to customers,

Drafting written work procedures (per company standard OHS 03-14) for manager’s review and approval,

4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Formal Education, Training and Occupational Certification

Short periods of intense concentration while preparing reports and recommendations. (Often)

Focus on detailed spreadsheets, databases, digital models, drawings, maps and VDT for long periods. (Frequent)

Taking initiative in developing business opportunities including preparing proposals.

Development of manufacturing schedules in a project management software.

Management of the deposition of material to production.
