Organizational skills to effectively manage pilot project logistics, programming, schedules, documentation

Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for young caregivers to connect, share experiences, and build a sense of community

Assist young caregivers in accessing relevant resources, such as educational materials, community services, and support networks

Maintain accurate records, including participant information, attendance, case note documentation and all other pilot project requirements

Post-secondary education (college diploma or university degree) in social services, therapeutic recreation, child and youth studies, social sciences, or related field

Previous experience working with youth, caregivers, or vulnerable populations

Thorough knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations

Experience with CRJ 200 or larger aircraft

Strong leadership and communication skills

Hold a valid Transport Canada Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with a valid Group 1 Instrument Rating

Hold a valid Category 1 Medical Certificate

Minimum 1500 hours total flight time, with 100 hours of multi-engine flight time and 500 hours Pilot in Command time

Make sure vehicles are following the specified route.

Find safe places for vehicles to pull over to allow following traffic to pass safely

Complete relevant paperwork as required by National safety and legal standards

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Assisting in labor duties supporting in field trucking such as chaining down equipment, cleaning tracks

Perform other duties as assigned.

• Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits

• Knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices

• Previous International flying experience preferred
