Photonics Fabrication Process Engineer Jobs in Morris, Manitoba

≥ 3 years of experience with integrated photonics fabrication and fabrication process development, especially in the fields of etch and/or lithography

Experience with data analysis and related software, such as Python, JMP, MATLAB, etc.

Excellent communication skills and strong sense of teamwork

≥ 5 years of experience with integrated photonics fabrication and fabrication process development, especially in the fields of etch and/or lithography

Experience working in a production environment for semiconductor and/or integrated photonics products

Experience with full product development cycle, from R&D through volume ramping

• Excellent relationship management skills, both internally and externally.

• 5+ years’ experience with engineering responsibility on fabrication projects.

• Experience working on project teams consisting of engineers and designers/drafters.

• High level of knowledge of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and other static equipment

• Strong knowledge of design codes such as ASME, API, TEMA, HEI, NACE, CSA etc.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Follow change control processes as per RR Quality Management System requirement.

Management of outside lab account (Genitest, Trikon, CADs)

Coordonner/Effectuer les dépannages avec les équipes d'interface (Opérations, Qualité, Métrologie, Maintenance, Business Client, HS&E et sous-traitants).

Créer, modifier et valider les cartes de données de processus pour les processus RRC et les sous-traitants concernés.

Suivre les processus de contrôle des modifications conformément aux exigences du système de gestion de la qualité RR.

Suivi et clôture des actions d'Amélioration Commerciale.
