Manage contact lists and organize managers’ calendars

2+ years' experience of working on a Virtual Assistant or other relevant position

Significant experience with current technologies٫ like desktop sharing٫ cloud services and VoIP

Good practical experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets٫ particularly MS Office

Good practical experience with online calendars and scheduling٫ particularly Google Calendar

Effective communication skills, which will enable you to build strong professional rapport

Ability to demonstrate your understanding of a customer’s requirements through effective fact finding

Demonstrate sound understanding of HSBC products and services; articulating these to your customer in an engaging and confident manner.

Effectively question and listen to your customers, enabling you to fully understand both new & existing customer’s financial circumstances and needs

Be proactive in building & creating a customer base through the use of Customer Contact Lists, referrals & walk-ins

6 months previous teller experience within the financial institution industry;

6 months previous cash handling experience (including balancing a cash drawer) in a retail customer service environment.

Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft programs and impeccable written and oral communication skills are necessary.

Processes financial transactions promptly and accurately;

Strictly adheres to all bank policies and procedures;

Communicates professionally with all clients and colleagues;
