Performance Operations Test Lead Jobs

Reviews, evaluates, and derives requirements for testability.

Designs, develops, executes, and maintains testing strategies and plans to ensure stability and efficiency, enabling a seamless customer experience.

Proactively provides improvement opportunities to the team to enhance the customer experience.

Drives the testing automation capabilities.

• Experience in performance testing with Kafka, cloud (Azure) infrastructure, Kubernetes, ETL

• Experience working with APM tools e.g. Dynatrace

• Involved in Performance test assessment, Feasibility and size the performance effort for critical applications

• Build a detail nonfunctional test plan outlining the test effort, scope and assumptions

B.S degree or higher in computer science or related education

5+ yrs. of experience in software engineering - QE testing

3+ yrs. of experience in testing API/Webservices & data flows between API & front-end applications

Any Data Viz testing experience - testing charts/graphics in any platform

3+ yrs. of experience in software engineering - QE automation

Must have experience implementing automation frameworks – (Selenium WebDriver/Appium/TestNG/Junit)

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Ability to be productive in a remote position as part of a globally distributed team

Excellent knowledge of shell programming (sh, bash, zsh, etc.)

Experience using cloud technologies to build highly scalable and resilient services

Experience building websites using modern JavaScript frameworks

Experience with the Linux kernel development process

Skills: 4+ Years of exp in Performance Testing

Good knowledge of JMeter, Load Runner, Workload Model.

Experience with Jira and ALM

Lead performance engineering on projects, manage conflicts

A minimum of 3 years of Performance Engineering/monitoring experience

Skilled in one of the Performance Testing tool (e.g. Loadrunner, Jmeter, Neoload etc)

Skilled in one of the monitoring tool (Broadcom DXI, App Dynamics etc)

Skilled in Performance Testing and debugging performance issues

Skilled in creating complex performance testing scripts, prepare performance scenarios and in analyzing performance reports
