Performance Analysis Consultant Jobs

Minimum 5 years' experience leading/managing teams (direct or indirect), utilizing relationship building and management skills;

Eight years progressive Healthcare Management and financial management experience at a senior level required;

Manages performance management of Health Service Providers (HSPs) including hospitals and system performance.

Identifies and monitors high-risk issues related to funding or financial management of health service delivery organizations.

Works with Senior Management and other key leaders managing the relationships of the partners

Masters degree in Health administration, Business Administration, Informatics business administration or equivalent education/experience;

Be responsible for all program financials, including management and review of cost, funding, labor charging, and all forecasting and internal reporting

Collaborate with Program Managers to identify and quantify potential Opportunities or Vulnerabilities not in the forecast

Support the monthly business functions of both the program and finance departments

Develop financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements

Monitor progress of program requirements as well as cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met

Completed of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field

Performance management tools that enable improved financial and business performance and/or reduced risk

Management reporting, variance analysis and counsel on go-forward opportunities to capitalize on

Develop, maintain and release analytical reports to aid senior management;

In progress or successful completion of a university degree (Accounting, Commerce preferred or Business/Management)

Strong Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) and analytical skills

Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Workday, and reporting system Adaptive

To provide support during preparation of budget templates for each G&A cost center – Non-Payroll expenses only

Manage and monitor performance and develop robust analytical and financial reporting including scorecards of business KPIs and spend

Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to identify business requirements while continually identify cost and service improvement opportunities

Experience in a strategy and forecasting role, preferably in telecommunications

Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and written and verbal communication skills

Excellent strategic thinking, statistics, modelling, and problem-solving skills

Strong presentation skills and an ability to communicate effectively

Sought out for your knowledge of data management, BI tools, data mining, designing reports and dashboards to support effective decision making

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and/or related education with demonstrated performance

Experience working with a variety of stakeholders at different levels

Previous experience in call center environment and/or within a digital transformation team

Knowledge and understanding of global best practices in business intelligence tools such as Domo, Looker, Tableau, etc

Leveraging data to understand and resolve complex business challenges

Five (5) years of related experience in risk management, business analysis, tax or other related equivalent

Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, project management and decision making skills

Results oriented thinker, with the ability to manage and provide advice regarding complex and confidential issues with sensitivity and professionalism

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to work and manage in a changing environment

Demonstrated skill in SaskPower’s competencies

Product management experience in building a defensible business case for site speed

3+ years of experience in web performance optimization and site speed improvements

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret website performance data to prioritize potential opportunities

Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to client stakeholders

Coaching experience, training developers, QA and product teams

Experience building websites with front-end Javascript frameworks such as Angular and React

Strong people leadership skills – at least 5 years of management experience

Very strong organization skills, time management, and high attention to detail

Program Management/ Project Management certification e.g. PMP, ITIL (an asset)

Plan, execute and measure all the milestones in the Recruitment, Onboarding and Performance management cycle end to end

Provide strategic advice and guidance on the performance management framework to all stakeholders including executive reporting
