People Lead is responsible for leading and managing the people within the organization. This includes developing and implementing strategies to recruit, train, and retain employees, as well as managing performance and employee relations. The People Lead will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.What is People Lead Job Skills Required?
