Liaise with plan participants and benefit providers to resolve health benefit claim issues

You are a designated Accountant with 7+ years of relevant post-qualification work experience.

Detailed knowledge of US GAAP and working knowledge of IFRS is helpful.

Prior knowledge of pension accounting/ reporting considered an asset.

Will lead the preparation of Canadian and US Pension and OPEB plan financial documents.

Own the preparation and review of note disclosure for pension and OPEB plans in quarterly/annual financial documents for public reporting issuers.

Own the preparation of monthly pension accounting journal entries and quarterly account reconciliations.
