You have 2-3 years of experience working in an office environment, supporting vendor management, payment processing, and invoice monitoring;

You have excellent analytical skills, capable of identifying discrepancies, patterns, and potential areas for improvement;

Process various types of payments, including vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Conduct thorough record-keeping, maintaining accurate payment records and supporting documentation.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and ensure efficient payment authorization.

Perform analysis and reconciliation of financial statements, bank statements, and payment records to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Consulting with Development Managers to track various fees and coordinate payment to the appropriate party.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant real estate development experience.

Post-secondary Payment Coordinator related Degree/Diploma/Certificate or equivalent Payment Coordinator related experience.

Strong document tracking and Excel skills.

Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Providing accurate cost coding to invoices.

You possess a minimum 3 - 5 years of experience building a Payment Operations, Cash Management or Treasury function

You are highly organized, and have effective planning and time management skills.

You’re a strong problem solver with risk management skills.

Incident management and impact assessments (i.e. operational losses and process errors) including investigation, mitigation, recovery and reporting/escalation

You act as an escalation point for the Customer Experience team to investigate customer issues related to payments

You understand the impact of payment processes on the experience of Neo’s customers.
