Patient Care Support Worker Jobs

Staff are to assist with daily living skills including:

Administering medications and maintain proper documentation

Ensure client needs are met

Assist, support, and coach clients to advocate for themselves

Organize and participate in activities for the clients

Assist clients with personal care such as toileting, bathing, and grooming

Minimum 5 years of experience in patient support program management

Strong project management skills: ability to stay on top of and lead multiple projects concurrently

Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with PSP provider management team

Provide initial and ongoing education to PSP field staff and facilitate education of healthcare practitioners regarding PSP offerings

Management of sample distribution and inventory

Proactively assess internal vs. external staffing requirements to optimize PSP offerings while managing costs

Five years recent acute care experience with one years' supervisory experience or the equivalent combination of training and experience.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ability to function independently with required organizational skills and balance multiple activities.

Minimum of 5 years of People management experience - Proven record of successful team leadership with increasing responsibilities

10-15 years professional experience in pharma commercial roles (Marketing/Sales) with proven experience of PSP/Vendor management.

Demonstrated experience leading complex, sensitive, cross-functional change management initiative with global and local stakeholders (external & internal)

Develops a strong, cohesive team and ensure talent management for each member of the team

Proven experience in pharma companies (P&L roles) and vendor would be a strong asset

Ability to set overall strategy short & long term – and to operationalize it thru strong leadership skills

10+ years of experience in a management role in health care with experience implementing strategic initiatives

A “results-orientated” mindset with skills related to building relationships, influencing management, and the ability to compel teams to arrive at consensus

Strong organization, time management, and problem solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities at times

Management of complex projects, change management, and use of key performance indicators

Ability to motivate and lead others to excel and address performance management concerns and staff concerns

Strong team player with excellent communication, critical thinking and prioritization skills

An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
