The Pastry Assistant is responsible for assisting the pastry chef in the preparation and production of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods. This includes measuring, mixing, and baking ingredients, as well as decorating and plating finished products. The Pastry Assistant must also be able to follow recipes and instructions accurately, and be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.What is Pastry Assistant Job Skills Required?
