Excellent customer service and customer relationship management skills

Experience using a computerized inventory and ordering system or have skills from another role that could be transferable

Serve customers at the parts counter by understanding their requirements and then efficiently locating the correct part to fill their need;

Assist the customer in determining the required parts using expert knowledge and company resources;

Keep current on new products and new models and continuously upgrade parts knowledge.

Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge of general parts terminology

Correct hazards within your control and capabilities.

Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills.

Completes training in line with business requirements.

Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment in need of repair.

Warehouse Inventory Control - Manages physical inventory utilizing inventory control methodologies to maintain inventory and meet customer expectations.

Trade Knowledge Application - Applies knowledge of relevant trade regulations to Cummins processes and systems to minimize trade risks and costs.
