Ensure drivers enter delivery times into the delivery management system

Manage various tracking parameters in the delivery management module

Automotive aftermarket parts and supply background and/or knowledge

Previous dispatching experience is desired

Manage the store budget and take the necessary steps to continuously improve financial results

College diploma or other degree in business administration, or equivalent work experience

Knowledge of the automotive OR heavy vehicle aftermarket industry (asset)

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ensure store compliance with operational processes and standards for both wholesale and retail sales.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Good priority management and listening skills

Offer your expertise and knowledge on replacement parts and accessories

Excellent communication skills and aptitude for sales

Pay range: $19.65- $25.00 depending on years of relevant experience

Advise customers in person and over the phone on our parts and accessories

Place orders and follow up with customers

Automotive aftermarket and parts supply background and /or knowledge.

Re-stocking shelves and moving parts; ability to frequently lift 30-40 Ibs;

Identify inventory needs and short shipment situations;

Verify shipments received against shipping documents;

Collaborate with other store operational functions;

Adhere to all safety rules, including the handling of hazardous materials.
