Part Time Weekend Night Auditor Jobs

4-7 years’ Experience in an IT organization, experience working in Government and / or Privacy Program environment. (Required)

Assess end-to-end technology processes from planning, scope development to execution. This includes:

Validate design of IT data integrity and general controls and facilitating internal and external audits of technology processes.

Oversee the ongoing monitoring of risks and controls by the IT 1st line and establish ongoing risk reporting for IT leadership.

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting, Business or a related field Area of Study (Required)

Significant exposure to the following frameworks: NIST, COBIT, SOX and COSO

Experience in implementation of and/or auditing ISO management systems

Evaluate clients' environmental and/or safety management systems through documentation review, onsite observation, and interviews.

3+ years of professional experience in the environmental or health and safety industry.

Knowledge of the principles and practices of manufacturing systems.

Knowledge of EHS legislations in British Columbia.

Represent the audit team and Intertek to clients.

Evaluate clients’ environmental and/or safety management systems through documentation review, onsite observation, and interviews.

Degree or equivalent in business, economics, science or technical program and 3 years’ work experience including 2 years food-related

Represent the audit team and Intertek to clients.

Plan and coordinate team travel arrangements.

Identify and document areas of conformance and nonconformance.

Write comprehensive reports and recommendations based on audit findings.

Run audit reports/journals from the front office system, Point of Service and the computer.

Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shift.

Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files and reset the system for next day operations.

Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.

Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

General maintenance of the warehouse (organizing and cleaning)

Sorting, organizing and stocking inventory products

Supporting and assisting other warehouse personnel

Able to follow instructions and work independently

Able to lift up to 50 lbs (25 kg)

Responsibilities Will Include (but Are Not Limited To)

Run nightly processing sequence to reset systems for the next days' use

Prepare, check, and correct room rate variances by conducting thorough audits

Prepares and transmits credit card deposits

Assist guests with any requests or information they may require

Present statement of charges to departing guests and receive payment
