Required qualifications and professional experience:

Educate patients on proposed treatment care plans, manage interactions with patients both pre and post-phase.

Work closely with the Doctors/Clinicians and be involved in all aspects of the client experience.

At least five (5) years of sales experience.

The ability and knowledge to provide support to those looking to change their relationship with substances

Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise, and professional messages to support our members

Provide text-based support and guided psychoeducation in substance use care

Knowledge of CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and the Stages of Change Model an asset

Knowledge of the digital health industry is an asset

Coaching or teaching experience is an asset

Participates in staff meetings as assigned, attends in service education programs and completes all mandatory education as assigned.

Using specified cleaning/disinfecting/sanitizing agents ensures clean and safe environment for residents and staff inside and outside of Long-Term Care facility.

Adheres to established company policies and procedures regarding infection prevention and control, quality assurance, fire, and safety etc.

Collaborates with other departments in such tasks as transferring residents, moving, ordering and storing supplies, ordering/maintenance/distribution of furniture and equipment etc.

Ability to work safely, following established safety practices and procedures.
