Part Time Customer Liaison Assistant Jobs in Manitoba

Communicate proactively with our operations team on how visits went, relay quickly any issues or interest in proceeding with an offer

At least one year of customer service experience (restaurant, real estate, sales)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, punctual

Travel to warehouse locations daily across the GTA to verify new properties, and confirm property details through our internal tools

Work closely with our sales team to identify top quality landlords and tenants

Manage and monitor customer communication channels: Email, Live Chat, Phone, Text Message, Facebook

Manage review platform, Okendo: Contact customers who leave negative reviews and resolve product-related issues.

Experience with customer relations and experience within e-Commerce

Experienced at selling and upselling to customers

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
