Painter Subcontractor Jobs

Basic carpentry experience needed to install doors, door hardware, railings, and windows

Be a good “communicator” between customer and Project Manager

Familiarity with tools. (both hand tools and power tools) – Must have own tools

Ability to lift 50 – 75 pounds.

Responsible and able to work with others as well as on your own.

Valid insurable Driver’s License and abstract. (Individual must have own vehicle)

Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level

Valid Driver license and own vehicle

The ability to work efficiently and effectively independently and cooperatively within a team environment

Work in compliance with safety regulations, policies and procedures

Understanding of the current regulations within the field

- Roofing knowledge or experience would be an asset.

Experience is preferred but not required.

- Paid accommodations & meal allowance when away from home.

Red Deer, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

MUST HAVE GST, WCB, INSURANCE AND YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT

- Trade related certificates would be an asset.

10K to 100K$ Construction Project Management Experience

Mandate: Manage 1 to 3M$ of projects per year

 Character, Experience, Intelligence, Coachable (in this order)

Experience dealing with 3rd party suppliers-subcontractors.

Experience with multiple Projects Simultaneously

Multiple stakeholder lines of communication experience

We are a small painting business seeking skilled, painter(s) to subcontract jobs to. Interior and Exterior Painting.

Must be skilled at brushing, rolling, masking/taping, drywall patching/repair.

Spraying, would be a strong asset.
