Packaging And Warehouse Supervisor Jobs

Proven experience in warehouse management and logistics operations.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

1 year of experience operating a Forklift

Experience working in a 3PL environment is preferred but not required

Manage inventory of packaging materials and place orders to avoid disruptions

Classify letters and certifications required for packaging

3-5 years of packaging experience and product coordination

Work Hours: From 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Experience in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or similar.

Scheduling staff for business coverage by time of day and day of the week.

Assist in planning of daily and weekly production schedules and staffing requirements

Inspect all machinery for cleanliness, safety requirements and proper set up prior to production

Complete and offer suggestions for improvement of all manufacturing and packaging documentation

Work in compliance with the company’s Health & Safety Policies/SOPs including but not limited to the Safety Responsibilities Procedure
