Work closely with Facilities to ensure their finance-related requirements are supported

Minimum nine years of related experience, with a minimum three years of relevant experience in a Supervisor/Manager role

Comprehensive knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and performance measurement theory

Research, reasoning, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Strong interpersonal skills to constructively challenge College staff while providing accounting and budget assistance and advice

Post-secondary education with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or business preferred. A Professional Engineering degree is an asset.

Outstanding negotiating skills and a proven closer.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Experience managing in a unionised environment.

Prepare and submit regulatory and IRB/IEC documentation as required per country requirements and Bayer QSDs during the course of the study

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Demonstrated organization skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
