Overview Overnight Guest Service Agents are responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests staying at a hotel or resort. They are the first point of contact for guests and are responsible for ensuring that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Overnight Guest Service Agents are expected to provide a high level of customer service, maintain a professional appearance, and be knowledgeable about the hotel's services and amenities. Detailed Job Description Overnight Guest Service Agents are responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests staying at a hotel or resort. They are the first point of contact for guests and are responsible for ensuring that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Overnight Guest Service Agents are expected to provide a high level of customer service, maintain a professional appearance, and be knowledgeable about the hotel's services and amenities. They are also responsible for greeting guests, answering questions, providing information about the hotel and its services, and resolving any customer service issues. Job Skills Required
