Support with event logistics such as materials, equipment (including A/V), on-site production, set up/take down, and other event requirements
Help manage and maintain inventory of assets within the project
Assist in finalizing all logistics for assigned events and projects
Provide administrative support for events as required
Support research for venue contracts, locations and help with tasks to secure contracts for trainings and booking of appropriate spaces
Support data collection on events, assess results and make recommendations for future project planning and delivery

Outreach Engagement Coordinators are responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies to engage target audiences and build relationships with key stakeholders. They will create and manage outreach campaigns, develop and manage relationships with external partners, and coordinate events to promote the organization’s mission and goals. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and other community partners. Outreach Engagement Coordinators will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing outreach efforts and developing reports to track progress.
