3-5 years’ leadership experience in a high volume, multi-outlet food service kitchens

Experience supervising kitchen, staff, and food planning in large scale establishments, preferably in the tourism industry

Participate in training and execution of floor management

Be a brand ambassador by keeping up with new arrivals, product knowledge, and wearing current merchandise

Inventory Management: maintain stockroom organization standards; support all inventory handling procedures, including consolidations, recalls, markdowns and shipment receiving;

Partner with management team on the implementation of monthly visual directives

Knowledgeable of performance metrics & basic math skills

Commitment to Learning: Actively participate in all meetings and training initiatives to enhance skills

Consistently foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members in a fair and consistent manner

Maintain strong knowledge regarding product, promotions and special events in order to communicate to customers for more effective selling
