Inventory Management: maintain stockroom organization standards; support all inventory handling procedures, including consolidations, recalls, markdowns and shipment receiving;

Partner with management team on the implementation of monthly visual directives

Previous experience and knowledge of wine service and beverage products;

1 year direct customer service experience in a fast paced environment, similar position preferred;

Excellent verbal English communication skills;

Must have or be able to acquire Smart Serve certification.

French language skills (verbal and written) are an asset

Experience in Food & Beverage and Cash Management

Effective management skills and training ability; can delegate tasks and motivate workers

Communicate effectively with Food and Beverage Manager in the absence of the Pucker Up Manager

Previous experience working in a Festival setting an asset

Ensure crew receive regular breaks and meals

Maintain the roll call sheet accurately

Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to service manual.

Do all necessary set-up sidework as assigned.

Answer any guest questions about the menu.

Operate the electronic cash register/P.O.S. system (where applicable).

Check food before serving it to guest to ascertain that appearance, temperature and portions are correct.

Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

3+ years of leadership experience in the retail industry, preferably in home furnishings

Keeps an overview to daily operations and troubleshoots any concerns with transactions and store routines.

Previous Retail or Restaurant experience preferred

Proficient skills in coaching and talent management.

Prior management and keyed experience preferred.

Assumes responsibility for accuracy of all cash management and ensure that shrink control within store is minimized.

Through direction of the Store Manager, ensures successful implementation of programs, policies, routine and seasonal initiatives, and specific store needs.
