Orchard Operations Manager Jobs

Responsible for managing labor relation concerns ensuring proper resolution to any concerns and performance management

Effective leadership, organizational and relationship building skills

Coordinate, implement and supervise the day to day operations of the Retirement Home

Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty

Perform register functions while using your sales, promotion and product knowledge to drive add-on sales

Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset.

Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience

A high level of Visual Merchandising skill is required.

Achieving sales & exceeding budgets

Experience and training in business management is an asset.

Time Management: The ability to prioritize and complete tasks to deliver desired outcomes within allotted time frames using self-management.

Compliance with all food safety requirements

Proper training of employees on equipment, offering re-training when necessary

Proven ability to build and manage a team-oriented culture.

Ability to effectively place people into jobs based on skillset.
