8-10 years of leadership experience in a Distribution Center or similar environment-preferably in a fast paced, high growth environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or relevant on the job years of experience.

Experience using automation or MHE (material handling equipment).

- Previous experience managing a team of order management/customer care, supply chain, logistics, and inventory management

- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Evaluate stock levels and classifications to optimize inventory management
