Operational Assistant Jobs

Proven experience in operational accounting, preferably within the heavy industry sector

Provide regular reports on accounts receivable aging and work with management to implement strategies for improving collections.

Deduct and process payroll taxes, benefits, and other withholdings as per company policies and regulatory requirements.

Reconcile payroll transactions and prepare payroll reports for management review.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working knowledge of legislative requirements in care sector

Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care or experience of working in social care sector

Coordination and delivery of induction and development training against Barchester objectives and training statistics

Provide practical, hands on training across a variety of subjects

Resource planning and deployment, including forecasting of work and accurate recording of Activity Monitoring and Costing data.

-2 years relevant work experience or post-Secondary certificate in Business or Administration.

-Good working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft based programs.

-Experience in Univeris and Maximizer preferred.

Operations Co-Ordinator – Full Time

9 am to 4:30 pm ½ hour lunch.Monday through Friday.

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Participate in weekly cash reporting and cash management of all bank accounts

Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures, complying with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements

Post-Secondary education in Accounting or related field

3-5+ years of related experience

Experience with multicurrency and multi-entity accounting
