Must have experience and technical understanding of:

Patient, focused, responsible and have good time-management skills.

Good speaking, reading and writing skills in English.

Follow the description of each task to be handled.

Annotate good-quality data within a sensible time frame.

Work with textual data and take pride in helping improve academic research and technological advancement on African languages.

Involved in developing and/or evaluating questions, doing simple translations, annotating news passages with answers to the questions and labels, etc.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document business requirements related to the OpenText Change Management system.

Knowledge of OpenText Change Management and its implementation.

Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure the effective integration of the OpenText Change Management system with other enterprise systems.

Develop Change Management Approach and Materials

Support Change Management for Unit Transitioning / Handholding

Conduct data analysis and develop data mapping and transformation requirements.

Work with Localisation managers & project managers to set quality targets & plans, reviewing quarterly.

+2 years of experience in a language related role within the localisation industry.

Excellent English plus Knowledge of an additional language.

Knowledge of localization Quality Control processes desirable. 

Intermediate to high Excel skills highly desirable.

Experience working with dispersed teams.
