Troubleshooting Content Server Business Administration

Content Server System Administration

OpenText Directory Services (OTDS)

Installation and Configuration Routine calls with customers and support preparing & presenting proposals.

Provide customer support by responding to customer inquiries and requests.

Execute timely preparation of all expense reports, status reports and assigned projects.

Keep management informed of all relevant activity.
