Manage 24-hour emergencies in rotation with other employees

Two (2) years’ experience in “hands-on” building maintenance

Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act an asset

Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written

Assist tenants with maintenance requests and investigate the problems and suggest corrective action

Minor appliance repair and fixture installation

Strength in process improvement, ownership and control and project management.

Experience leading and working towards goals with a remote team.

Manage the channel of profitability, expense/sales ratio, supporting KPI’s and quality control of customer programs.

Manage optimization and operation of customer programs for efficiency and profitability across the team member territory within the assigned region.

Manage the resources required for new customer installations to be on time and within budget.

Associates degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred minimum two years' experience with multiple software and system-based applications, including database and spreadsheets (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, tracking systems).

Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. Ability to work respectfully with people at all levels.

Deliver hands-on, dedicated, personalized support to the Client, their employees, retirees, and the Human Resources team.

Interact with provider offices to respond to employee billing issues, access to services, etc.

Partner with internal Cigna matrix partners on global service issues impacting the Client and customer.

Health & Life license preferred, or ability to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days of employment.

Identify setbacks and shortcomings and propose automation opportunities

Design solutions & efficient practices

Design & Document migration process

Design & Document best practices

Developing appropriate DevOps channels throughout the organization.

Evaluating, implementing and streamlining DevOps practices.

Experience in management or at supervisory level;

Manage the staffing needs of our client while working with dedicated recruiters.

Manage temporary staffing needs of the client while working in conjunction with our recruitment team.

Experience in the clothing industry is considered an asset;
