Onsite Program Specialist Jobs in Quebec

3+ years of experience in project or program management, business operations, or a similar business role

Demonstrated ability to drive effective project planning and business operations management, proven organizational and time management skills

Assist the support team by solving remote customer problems when in the S3 office;

Excellent customer service skills and good listening skills;

Strong knowledge of operating systems for Microsoft users;

Experience in diagnosing hardware problems and replacing PCs and servers;

Experience configuring and diagnosing problems on mobile devices;
