Monitor textbook changes from other Colleges and advise Managers and Program Assistants of pending changes, additions and deletions.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Exceptional attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.

Oversee all day-to-day operational processes and procedures related to OntarioLearn;

Excellent organizational and priority management skills;

Support the team in the management of the e-learning platform (reports, statistics, online learning activities, updating of the catalogue);

Knowledge and experience in the health system (an asset);

Manage the database of online training activities and track accreditations;

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;

Fluency in French and good knowledge of English (written and oral);
