Office Technology Services Associate Jobs

Proactively manage Sales Professionals to specifics KPIs to ensure the proper territory management and activity levels to ensure team success

Ability to maintain positive, productive relationships with co-workers, peers, management, sales, and production departments and ability to motivate individuals and groups

Manage the Office Technology Services Sales team to aggressively grow overall revenue and exceed revenue targets

Coach sales team through Ricoh's defined selling methodology ensuring they grasp the fundamentals and hones their abilities to meet high standards

Work with Business Development to manage, measure, and drive Net New and expansion Office Technology sales pipelines and activities

Other duties as assigned by manager

Demonstrated experience and knowledge of accounting and budgeting concepts

A flexible/hybrid work environment combining in office collaboration and remote working

Provide monthly Opex and headcount reporting for select T&O groups to steer business performance and manage costs

Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business or equivalent, with a professional accounting designation

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role

Duration: 6-12 Months Contract to hire or extension

Shift Hours: Mon-fri 8:00 Am – 5:00 Pm

Manage repair process for broken systems, updating asset management system as appropriate

Demonstrate strong verbal and listening skills to liaise with local stakeholders and understand and improve their technology experience

Experience using data analytic and automation applications is a benefit
