You will start by helping to remotely diagnose hardware problems, facilitate server repairs, and manage hardware assets.

1 or 2 years of recent experience working in Data Centers.

Working with Network Infrastructure Engineers, the network field technician will perform server deployment and maintenance in data centers.

Deployment and maintenance consists of installing servers and switches in racks; unracking servers and racking replacements.

Ethernet, fiber and power cable wiring; replacing disk drives and memory; and diagnosing simple hardware issues.

You will work closely with field technicians, ISPs, equipment vendors, and internal operations and engineering staff.

Experience managing a Program and Change Management

5+ years of project management experience in a related industry, specifically with technology infrastructure and Infrastructure integration

Project management, Process Improvement or Quality certifications required

Continuously improve project management methodologies used within Moody’s TSG.

Oversee/manage all phases of projects from initiation to closure with full adherence and alignment with Moody’s internal project management framework.

Manage escalations, project/scope/requirement changes, and RAID logs to ensure adequate attention to impediments with potential impact to time/quality/resources.

Knowledge of Okta IdP, SAML integrations, SCIM user lifecycle management

Experience with IAM (Identity and Access Management)

Experience with SSO, Identity Federation, User Lifecycle Management, SAML, SCIM integrations

Define IAM (Identity and Access Management) policies

2 to 7 years of relevant experience

Excellent organization and time management skills.

Knowledge/experience in Cloud Networking is a plus.

Support KCS methodology with knowledge base articles in every customer interaction.

Work with partners, vendors, and ISP carriers to provide a legendary customer experience.

CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification.

CCNP, PCNSE, Fortinet and Juniper certification will be considered as an added advantage.

Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on infrastructure and deployment management.

Familiarity with Azure Container Apps, including provisioning and management.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in infrastructure management and deployment methodologies.

Familiarity with Azure Container Apps and its deployment and management processes is highly desirable.

Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure solutions in line with business requirements.

Manage and troubleshoot deployments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
