Manage environment change approval activities by engaging multiple teams to create, submit, track and close change requests to prepare for deployment

Ensures change process and documentation is effectively managed, communicated, and tracked to completion with segment partners

Manage production implementation with teams/stakeholders during change window

Infrastructure experience (servers, firewalls, migration) - 3 years

What You Need To Know

• Strong knowledge and proven experience in setting, securing and managing cloud infrastructure

• Ability to communicate with clarity, precision and professionalism across all levels of management, staff and stakeholders.

• 5 years of experience in Information Systems support for on premises, cloud and hybrid

• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Dynamics Suite (CRM, FnO, etc)

• Demonstrated specialized technical skills in information systems methodology, process analysis, hardware and software.

• Proven experience with Security Monitoring, automated deployment and patching tools.

You will start by helping to remotely diagnose hardware problems, facilitate server repairs, and manage hardware assets.

1 or 2 years of recent experience working in Data Centers.

Working with Network Infrastructure Engineers, the network field technician will perform server deployment and maintenance in data centers.

Deployment and maintenance consists of installing servers and switches in racks; unracking servers and racking replacements.

Ethernet, fiber and power cable wiring; replacing disk drives and memory; and diagnosing simple hardware issues.

You will work closely with field technicians, ISPs, equipment vendors, and internal operations and engineering staff.

• Working with Scotiabank change management and participate in change meetings

Location: *Remote (Able to work 24/7 call support after hours and on weekends)

• Manage, document, support current and new technologies

1. 8+ years of working experience as a Security Analyst in IT

2. 8+ years of experience in Network infrastructure, Firewalls and IPS
