Post-secondary education in Networking technologies, Computer Science or Information Technology (or equivalent)

In depth knowledge of general network troubleshooting and monitoring practices

In depth level knowledge of Firewalls

Research, design, and deploy new solutions to keep network service capabilities leading edge

Ensure critical network infrastructure meets disaster recovery requirements industry security standards

Knowledge of various NW management tools used in enterprise networks

Good understanding of ITIL process and hands-on incident, Change and Problem management

Working and Troubleshooting knowledge of SonicWall Firewalls

Cloud Technology working knowledge of Azure & AWS

Masters’/Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of experience

Experience in configuring and maintaining Cisco Meraki switching and wireless technologies
