National Field Training Manager Jobs

5 years Property claim handling experience of progressive complexity and severity

Prior experience coaching, mentoring and delivering training

Minimum of 3 years of Property Claim and estimating experience

A minimum of 2 years prior experience using job applicable Property estimating software.

Partners with Product, Field and CAT leadership to complete Property focus reviews assessing quality and trends impacting the line.

Assists in delivering Property guidelines from a corporate, regional and national level to the individual offices and their property claim staff.

Teach Field Executives skills such as product expertise, artistry, application and service experiences.

Train new hires as well as help veteran employees improve upon existing skills in areas of brand education.

Assess Field’s training effectives to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into field coaching and training.

University Degree and/or Specific Certifications

Strong coaching, teaching and development skills

Strong Presentation skills in order to deliver clear, concise and compelling messages

Administrative skills and basic budget management.

Comprehensive knowledge in the area they are training (product, artistry, service experience)

Must be able to demonstrate the skills they teach themselves;

Good personal and observational skills to assess Field understanding and progress;

Previous experience working in the beauty industry with a strong emphasis on cosmetics

Basic computer skills with ability to work in Excel + PPT

In this role, this person is required to:

Exceptional organization and time management skills; ability to multitask and manage demanding workload with tight deadlines;

·Demonstrated skills in the application of Project Management fundamentals, methodologies, and tools;

·3+ years experience management experience;

National Field Manager, Multi Residential- Responsibilities

·Post-Secondary School Graduate in Project Management and/or Electrical Trade;

Excellent communication, interpersonal and administrative skills; accuracy and attention to detail;
