The proven ability to independently produce, shoot, and edit videos.

Demonstrated ability to bring emotional, visually captivating stories to life through multimedia.

Review creative briefs, develop storyboards, plan for production, and lead video shoots.

Source and maintain the in-house studio programs and equipment, ensuring video production is efficient and meets quality expectations.

Linux kernel knowledge (drivers, networking, filesystems, memory management, tracing)

Concurrent programming in Linux environments

Minimum five years' professional experience in motion design, animation and graphic design in an advertising or in-house environment

Demonstrated ability to build complex design packages and presentations as well as experience with branding

Extensive storytelling experience using 2D and 3D motion design

Superior communications skills both oral and written

Extensive experience with design for social media and digital platforms

Experience working in a complex organization

Prior experience working in Adobe (preferred)
