Minimum 2 years experience as a mortgage broker preferred. Have submitted files to A, B and Private lenders independently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work with the team on quarterly asset management reports for various funds;

Passion for real estate/finance, experience in commercial mortgage preferred.

2+ years’ experience as a credit analyst or related role

Detailed knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area & the various municipalities in Eastern Canada

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and financial skills

Mortgage License/Course Completion Certificate (required)
