Overview Mortgage Administrative Assistants provide administrative support to mortgage loan officers and other mortgage professionals. They are responsible for managing customer inquiries, preparing loan documents, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description Mortgage Administrative Assistants are responsible for providing administrative support to mortgage loan officers and other mortgage professionals. They are responsible for managing customer inquiries, preparing loan documents, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. They must be able to accurately enter data into the loan origination system, maintain customer files, and provide customer service. They must also be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of mortgage loan origination systems
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Ability to accurately enter data into loan origination systems
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a mortgage administrative role
• Knowledge of mortgage loan origination systems
