Perform quality checks as prescribed and report issues to Manager
Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes
Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications
Ability to evaluate weld quality to ensure suitable welds are applied the first time in preparation for quality inspection.
Operate and Troubleshoot robotic welding machine as required

Overview:

Mig Welders Needed are responsible for welding metal components together using a MIG welding process. They must be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, as well as have a good understanding of the welding process. They must also be able to use a variety of welding tools and equipment, and be able to work in a variety of positions, such as overhead, vertical, and horizontal. Mig Welders Needed must also be able to inspect their work for accuracy and quality.
