5+ years of Commercial Insurance Brokering experience required.

Experience within specific insurance verticals (i.e. Manufacturing, Hospitality, Construction, Realty, Transportation etc.) strongly preferred.

CAIB, CIP, CRM or other relevant certifications/designations highly valued.

Knowledge of EPIC considered an asset.

7-10 years or more of experience in sales roles - Account Management and Business Development with companies of various size

Strong knowledge of the Middle East / GCC / MENA Regions - education industry experience is preferred

Hold regular skills training sessions with internal or external sales trainers.

3-5 years of experience managing a sales team with a track record of quota achievement and growth

Experience with building and implementing a Go-to-Market strategy

Experience creating and rolling out training manuals for sales and recruitment agents

Employee management experience a plus.

A background in capital markets and/or credit analysis and well-developed corporate finance skills;

A fast-paced, team-oriented work environment… Excellent communication skills are essential, as is a high productivity work-ethic and results oriented mindset.

Manage junior staff on a project-by-project basis to efficiently grow the research portfolio;

5-10 years of relevant experience;

Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills;
