Coordinate community engagement including community forums, workshops and meetings (including weekday evenings and after hours on weekends);

Maintain up-to-date land use planning knowledge through attendance at seminars and courses and through required reading

Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Liaise with City departments and agencies and the public on planning proposals and planning matters

Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.

Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, and etc.

Provide exceptional client service to multi-state companies by to identify tax savings opportunities

Research and draft technical memoranda regarding state and local tax questions or issues

Respond to client inquiries and requests from tax authorities
