Provide feedback and assistance on the technical aspects of client projects to management

Knowledge of construction techniques, skills and ability to work with onsite personnel in varying positions

Support the Engineering Manager and Project Manager to meet the project execution philosophy, strategies and execution plans

Review Meter Data Management, Load Settlement and other control reports identifying published data discrepancies. Coordinate resolution of any data issues.

Manage AMI meter deployment plans, communicate with field resources and streamline the asset chain.

Initiate and oversee pilot projects that evaluate the performance and benefits of AMI deployment across various locations and situations.

Manage system maintenance and implementation of system enhancements, upgrades, and replacements.

Manage the maintenance and implementation of HES and endpoint firmware upgrades for hardware and software in coordination with system provider.

Communicate and provide information, documents and reports to internal and external customers and satisfy auditor’s requirements.

Manage long and short-term projects to improve safety, reliability, and profitability

Strong mentorship skills with the ability and drive to guide the development of junior engineers that you will interact with.

Assess operations of Hydrogen Unit existing facilities to optimize operation by developing/setting key performance indicators (KPIs)

Perform in-depth plant monitoring and optimize performance of Hydrogen units

Issue detailed reports to recommend changes supported by simulation models' result to optimize unit operation

Lead unit operations troubleshooting and investigating off-spec. products and plant trips/ upsets

Support arrangement and facilitation of technical knowledge exchange workshops with MEROX process technology licensors and Global Manufacturing facilities.

Strong mentorship skills required with the ability to guide the development of junior engineers.

Issue quarterly MEROX process unit performance benchmarking reports highlighting the KPIs, analysis, and performance improvement recommendations.

Monitor and support the facilities in implementing the recommendations and closing the gaps identified in the quarterly performance benchmarking reports.

Perform in-depth plant monitoring and optimize performance of MEROX units by overseeing the unit's operation and economics losses.

Conduct benchmarking and best practices exchange workshops internally among Global Manufacturing facilities (wholly-owned and affiliates) having MEROX process.

Lead unit operations troubleshooting and investigating off-spec products and plant trips/upsets and manage the required deliverables.

Perform in-depth plant monitoring and optimize the performance of assigned units by overseeing unit's operation and economic losses.

Issue detailed reports to recommend changes supported by simulation models' results to optimize unit operation.

Support Operations during turnaround and unplanned Shutdowns/Startups by understanding the unit operating conditions and transient effects to recommend operations improvements.

Perform specific tasks such as catalyst/desiccant forecast/evaluation, test runs, de-bottlenecking studies, due-diligence assessment, enhancement studies, HAZOP studies.

Carry out process simulation using Aspen software package.

You should also possess strong leadership skills to manage lead technical dialogues and steer technical teams.

Develop and manage equipment strategies as per the site safety and reliability practices.

Analyze chronic problems and debottleneck complex analyzer problems to improve process operations and economic benefits.

Perform analyzer engineering calculations (e.g., fast loop lag time, probe wake frequency, ventilation requirements, phase envelopes).

You should be experienced in Analyzer communication/transmission protocol and networking considerations for interface to Distributed Control Systems (DCS).

And be able to demonstrate knowledge of industry standards, country-specific regulations, and local codes.

Minimum of 15 years of refinery process units experience, with at least 10 years in Hydrogen/Hydrotreating units

Monitor and optimize performance of Hydrogen/Hydrotreating units through in-depth plant monitoring and oversight of unit operation and economics losses.

Provide detailed reports with simulation models to recommend changes for optimizing unit operation.

Lead troubleshooting of unit operations and investigate off-spec products and plant trips/upsets, managing required deliverables.

Support operations during turnaround and unplanned shutdowns/startups by understanding unit operating conditions and recommending improvements.

Perform catalyst forecast/evaluation, test runs, de-bottlenecking studies, due-diligence assessments, enhancement studies, and HAZOP studies.

Facilitate technical knowledge exchange workshops with Aromatics process technology licensors and Global Manufacturing facilities.

Minimum of 15 years experience in refinery or petrochemical process unit, including 10 years' experience in Aromatics plants.

Review and monitor the performance of existing Aromatics facilities using KPIs for optimum operability, profitability, reliability, and process safety.

Issue quarterly Aromatics performance benchmarking reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

Monitor and support facilities in implementing recommendations and closing gaps.

Propose cost optimization or process improvement initiatives with minimal capital investment required through operational adjustment or design modification.
