HOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $95-$105 /hr

ESTIMATED DURATION: 40h/week - Long term

Helping in organizing and owning daily/weekly ceremonies based on the goals of the organization (e.g. Intake, Quarterly Readiness, Backlog refinement)

Meeting with cross-team stakeholders to discuss program status and goals at team, program and exec level if needed

Management, leadership, and overall accountability for a team of 2-3 direct reports at various levels of experience and responsibility

Management of and reporting on department scorecards, and rectifying situations where metrics are constantly lagging behind goals

Identify, evaluate, and manage the implementation of new software / tools to enhance internal media processes and planning capabilities

Flag process issues within and across functional teams, and collaboratively identifying and implementing solutions alongside leadership and other team managers

Collaborate directly with key clients and Account Managers to create media plans

Manage the team in executing against media buys and updating administrative tracking sheets related to media bookings, PO’s, contracts, payments, etc.

Superior relationship management skills including ability to engage in strategic conversations with all levels of management

Manage initial and ongoing account launches

Experience within managing retail accounts, background in CPG or prepaid/gift card industry is a bonus

Experience analyzing sales reports and identifying trends

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

Hands-on experience in content management.

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

Minimum of 6-8 years delivery management experience with enterprise SaaS solutions

Experience leading engagements with substantial exposure and involvement with data science, cloud infrastructure, solution architecture, application development, and data engineering

Leadership experience, the ability to enforce good project governance and promote delivery excellence

Excellent presentation, written, communication with keen attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
