Mechanical Team Lead Jobs

·Sound technical knowledge in Tolerance stack up & GD & T skills

·BE / BTech Mechanical Engineering Soft skills requirements

Design experience preferred in Industrial Automation equipment/fixtures tooling/ special purpose

·Strong hands-on experience in design calculation and selection of Pneumatic actuators, valves,

·Mechanical design hands-on experience in the Automation design field

·Preferred Design experience in (Fixtures, SPM machines, Automation background, Material

Actively support Operational Excellence and Asset Management and Reliability programs.

Ensure Mechanical Technicians are following applicable procedure requirements.

Perform routine job site visits to evaluate the work being completed by Technicians is meeting Keyera’s safety, quality, and standard requirements

Team player who demonstrates commitment to growing and expanding team knowledge by participating in Keyera’s Cultural Behaviours.

Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in facility and pipeline maintenance.

Minimum of five (5) years' of proven leadership experience supervising field employees.

Ability to resolve most technical issues in an efficient manner utilizing personal knowledge, external consultants and in-house experience.

Minimum 10 years mechanical design engineering experience in a relevant industry, e.g. Automotive, Electrical bus or trucks.

Prior experience leading mechanical teams.

Proven ability to lead teams and manage their deliverables.

Proven ability to manage, motivate and influence employees at all levels.

Well-developed written and oral skills.
